Happy with shutters from Harrogate branch. Look lovely and fit well. Had to wait a while before fitting but that was due to delay in delivery…not fault of the company.

From the start of the process I was very impressed with Shuttercraft. Great attention to detail and thorough giving of information and options when visiting for an initial quote. Staff were friendly and professional during the fitting. The final product is perfect. We are thrilled with the look of the shutters and the functionality of them. Outstanding blinds… I thought they would look good, but these exceeded my expectations, fallen in love with them, had all windows done, it makes such a difference to my house, I’d never go back/settle for standard blinds again, more than worth it to transform your home. A few months ago we had Shuttercraft Harrogate fit shutters across the front of the house upstairs and downstairs. What a difference it has made. It looks truly amazing! This review is for out install of Shutters by Harrogate Shuttercraft. Adam was very informative on every aspect of the install and pointed out things we wouldn’t necessarily have noticed. 5 stars to Adam for stepping in to cover the poor service from Shuttercraft WAKEFIELD. No replies to emails, we had to chase them for answers, they actually sent an invoice when the faulty shutter wasn’t installed. No apologies from the owner. Failed to turn up when we asked to quote for a patio door blind. I will be using Shuttercraft Harrogate from now on.

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Shuttercraft. Joe came to measure for the Shutter and was very courteous and professional. He kept me informed of delays and expected fitting dates. The fitter came last week and did an incredibly good and speedy job removing all the packaging when finished. All round fantastic service which I would highly recommend. I would also add that this was a final window to have a shutter fitted. The room was cold, I find that shutters aren’t only beautiful but they improve heat retention and this year help block out heat from the sunshine. The shutters from shuttercraft are excellent quality and compare very well cost wise to my previous purchases.

From the initial survey by Adam, through the measuring up by Joe to fitting, Shuttercraft have acted with approachable friendly professionalism backed by sound advice on the task in hand. Our shutter blinds were fitted yesterday on two fairly big bay windows and a smaller upstairs landing window, in a little more than a morning. Professional service from start to finish! Quick response to initial enquiry and easy to book measuring appointment. Good advice received on choice of shutters and also on the blinds available for bi-folds. Fitters were very friendly and efficient and took all waste away with them, leaving no mess. The blinds in the bi-folds have made such a big difference with insulating the house, would highly recommend these to try keep heating bills lower.

Our shutters were fitted yesterday and we couldn’t be happier. The guys were really professional, took the time to fit them perfectly around the bits where our walls were uneven, they gave great advice on how to retain functionality of our windows and they even spent extra time on the trimmings so that the finished look is nothing short of perfect. Shutters are not cheap and it’s important that you get quality when you’re investing a decent amount of money into something, and that’s certainly what we got here. We have used Shuttercraft before so we knew our shutters would be designed and made carefully according to our exact specifications. We are so happy with the results! They were fitted well and everything was left extremely tidily once they had finished.

Very happy with the shutters we ordered. Slight delay due to issues in the Red Sea, but definitely worth the wait.
